How to Encourage Vermin in Your Neighbor’s Yard

STEP 1: Begin your vermin campaign in late summer, when rotting vegetables are abundant. The secret to a rodent invasion (and a rodent invasion done in secret) is to let the vermin come to you. If you build a compost pile with all that rotting vegetation, they will come!
